Client Management Analyst—Registry Administration, Environmental Markets

APX, Inc. is seeking a Client Management Analyst to deliver exceptional, responsive and meaningful service to our global clients.

Responsibilities
As a Client Management Analyst in environmental markets, you will work within our team of registry administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration, helpdesk, and client relationship management across all of our environmental registries, domestic and international.  You will be responsible for providing both reactive and proactive client management to ensure an exceptional level of customer service that supports a feedback process for the continued maintenance, growth and evolution of APX environmental products and services. Ideal candidates work extremely well within teams, have excellent communication skills, require limited direction and supervision, and thrive on creative thinking and innovation. Our fast-paced environment is challenging and rewarding, candidates should be able to adjust priorities, clearly articulate issues and propose solutions.  This position will interface at all levels of the organization, from entry-level employees to the CEO. Client Management Specialists will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Manage and verify registry account holder and asset registrations and updates
  • Work with Regulators in various states in the verification of static and dynamic generation data – emissions, generation output, energy efficiency, and load
  • Manage the processes surrounding registry Certificate creation, transfer and retirement
  • Maintain and execute Help Desk and support procedures and protocols
  • Work with regulators and other program stakeholders to ensure data integrity and Operating Rules adherence, including staying on top of changes to RPS policy and how those changes affect our registry business
  • Maintain system end-user materials and frequently asked questions
  • Provide training to new users
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Client relationship ownership at every level – Registry Sponsors, Account Holders, State Regulators, etc.
  • Assess opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation and general market opportunity
  • Participate in market stakeholder processes
  • Manage business processes vital to assigned areas of ownership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Technology, or Environmental Studies/Policy
  • Understanding of renewable energy markets, policy, and standards
  • Familiarity with renewable energy tracking challenges and issues
  • Knowledge of electric utility policies and practices
  • Experience testing software or reporting software issues
