CAPABLE OF TRACKING ANYWHERE
IN NORTH AMERICA

NAR tracks the renewable energy attribute for its entire life cycle, from issuance to the facility, transfer and ultimate retirement for voluntary or compliance purposes. One of the adopted systems of record by the Green-e® Energy Program, NAR is trusted by all voluntary and compliance markets to create unique, serialized records for every REC.

NAR has the most available REC transfer connections with other regional tracking systems in North America, allowing our clients unmatched flexibility to source RECs from any project in North America. With NAR, APX clients can expect complete transparency, best-in-class renewable energy reporting and superior protection against double counting.

REGISTRY LOGIN

NAR exceeds the requirements from sustainability programs (RE100, CDP, WRI, GHG Protocol) and supports corporate power purchase agreements (PPA), utility green pricing and tariff programs as well as the full suite of Green-e® certified products. For voluntary renewable energy tracking outside North America, companies use the TIGR Registry.

A growing number of U.S. states and territories rely on NAR as their designated registry system, including Kansas, Missouri, Maine and Puerto Rico. New York and North Carolina use NAR as a qualifying registry for out of state facilities.

NAR receives settlement quality meter data from trusted partners like the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (MISO), the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and the Northern Maine Independent System Administrator (NMISA), ensuring issued RECs are derived from reliable sources of data.
